The AD Retail Media Product Analyst functions as a key contributor in the ADRM Ad Tech | Product organization and will be responsible for supporting ongoing ADRM product and feature development in close collaboration with the product and IT teams from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery and everything in between. This role is also responsible for developing and monitoring metrics to measure the success of ADRM new and existing ad placements and features on the digital properties of Ahold Delhaize USA’s brands.

  • Collaborate with key partners to develop product-line growth strategy.
  • Coordinate with independence, develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business value
  • Support cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development.
  • Blend strong eye for business, technical problem solving and agile execution.
  • Chip in to the prioritization of ecommerce and other digital off-site ADRM features and placements, understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework.
  • Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, capture consensus from relevant partners, roll solution out to team, shepherd feature through development and review code before rollout.
  • Build performance indicators & dashboards to measure success of ADRM program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and improvement recommendations. 

 

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients 

  • 1-3 years direct experience in a digital | retail media | eCommerce environment in a relevant capacity.
  • 1-2 years AdTech | MarTech experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
  • 1+ years in product management or analytics.

 

Extra Spices - What you should bring to the table  

  • Exposure to delivery of small scale software development or Ad Tech | Mar Tech projects to production.
  • Ability to clearly explain metrics, KPIs related to ADRM product development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Data driven attitude and track record
  • SQL / Big Query experience
