Primary Purpose
The Energy and Planning Analysis is responsible for developing standards for preparing and delivering business reports for Health & Sustainability, Store Development, Lease, Facility Services, Operations and Finance teams. The Analyst will perform various analyses and deliver reporting and responses to data requests related to the Race to Zero, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and energy compliance programs of all ADUSA locations.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform statistical modelling including (population and variance analysis)
  • Responsible for tracking Net Zero emissions progress
  • Perform state and local ordinance reporting to meet compliance
  • Support GHG and ESG reporting required by Health & Sustainability
  • Conducts scenario calculations for proposed carbon reduction projects
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and information to help support various aspects of energy usage and other internal Brands' requests
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience analyzing high volumes of data
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, Power BI
  • Ability to prepare reports, manage data, and analyze results
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
  • Detail oriented including the ability to manage priorities and workflow on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous statistical modelling experience
  • High level technical skills preferred
  • Experience managing databases
