Primary Purpose
The Rewards, Recognition and Wellness Manager is accountable for the ADUSA support brand compensation & benefits plans, programs and the execution of all processes and procedures. They are a key business partner for functional business and HR leaders to help build the broader strategy for all compensation, benefits, recognition and wellness programs that create a competitive business advantage for ADUSA Services.
This role and team designs and implements compensation, benefit, wellness and recognition procedures, practices and programs that are cost-effective and aligned with the vision and culture of the organization.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with ADUSA HR & leadership teams to develop rewards, recognition and wellness strategies and plans in support of business goals and objectives.
  • Lead projects and provide subject matter expertise to the company or function ensuring activities and tasks are completed on time and on budget. Secure resources to ensure projects are staffed and if required, determine if outside consultants are needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in, a variety of research and analysis efforts to ensure programs stay competitive to the market and are cost effective to the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in rewards, recognition and wellness processes, procedures and policies. Catalyst for generating ideas to improve efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities - a recognized expert in all aspects of rewards processes and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the programs such as merit and STI, benefits claims spend, vendor performance, benefits administration call center, recognition platforms and wellness offerings and opportunities.
  • Lead processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide ongoing support with internal partners on areas of expertise to ensure cross functional support to business partners.
  • Able to advise on current trends, make recommendations and present information to leaders in an easy to understand format.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders without compromising proprietary information.
  • Lead team of Rewards, recognition and wellness professionals
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 8+ years of Compensation and/or Benefits experience or significant proven analytical experience.
  • Previous experience leading a team of rewards/recognition/wellness professionals
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates and vendors; ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources into coherent analysis and recommendation.
  • Intermediate MS Office, Visio and Project skills.
  • Ability to create and manage complex project plans.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Certification (CCP, CEBS, SHRM, etc
  • Experience leverage data from SuccessFactors to make business decisions
  • Experience utilizing Reporting tools
