Primary Purpose:
  • At ADUSA Services, our HRIS team is responsible for all HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premise solutions) that support Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.
  • This role will be responsible for leadership and functional support through the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and execution of all changes and project work related to Organizational and Position related maintenance.
  • This position provides support for all US people initiatives for 8 great local Retail Food and Distribution brands. with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
  • Partners with Global HR Tech, Global HR Tech Delivery, and IT counterparts to drive process efficiencies, maintains data consistency though regular auditing to ensure data integrity, supports the maintenance of upstream and downstream system health to ensure the smooth functioning of HR Processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads a team of 3-6 full time and contract associates responsible for maintaining our Organizational and Position data structures.
  • Directs the operational performance and process efficiency goals for business services provided to our customers related to Organizational and Position related maintenance.
  • Provides timely and proactive practical solutions to deliver the Position Administration processes to our Ahold Delhaize USA Brand's.
  • Ensures that positions are entered/maintained in the position management system (SuccessFactors) and changes made to positions are maintained accurately in both SuccessFactors as well as all other HR systems of record.
  • Assists with system integration of position management to detect errors, duplication and omission of data, verifies that positions are properly approved prior to adding, deleting or modifying.
  • Provides leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of cost-effective business services while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs.
  • Manages data integrity and administration of data processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 2+ years experience in leading an established team
  • 4+ years of HR or IT experience or significant proven analytical experience
  • 4+ years experience with the SuccessFactors platform
  • Advanced MS Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access preferred
  • HR System Knowledge
  • Exceptional Analytical skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Intermediate experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Cognos, Microstrategy, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge with reporting tools (Power BI, Cognos, Microstrategy, etc)
  • HRIP or related certification
