Internship Overview:
Get an insider view of the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical and leadership skills geared towards enhancing your career. This paid internship experience is an opportunity to help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation and leadership. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 27, 2025 through August 15, 2025. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Transcripts may be requested at a future date.**

US Health Approach - "Foodcare"

Project includes:
- Collaborate and partner with local NGOs, healthcare providers, government health services, private sponsors/funders and more on positioning our US companies
- Develop and create a business proposition to showcase our US companies' offerings and differentiation for healthy food options, guidance, and assortment
- You will work across the grocery retail sector to educate and raise awareness for Foodcare solutions within our market area and collaborate with all facets of the organization; i.e., leadership, marketing, merchandising, IT solutions, operations, health & sustainability, private brands, strategy, finance, legal and more.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a bachelors/graduate degree
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Additional statistics or analytical skills a plus
- Strong project management capabilities
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with solid interpersonal skills
- Team collaboration skills
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
- Ability to do multiple tasks and work under strict deadlines
