Primary Purpose:
Our organization seeks an Infrastructure IT Professional to consult, document and activate yearly strategic projects, oversee the demand impact that non-infrastructure lead projects may impose on the teams, and be a central contact for the teams on new work requests coming from our Great Local Brands. In this role, you will liaise between business stakeholders and our IT departments, balancing business needs with hardware capacity and supporting seamless integration. You will research and review all project requirements and determine scheduling, budgeting, and resource needs. Ensure the scope of work is well-defined, well-documented and consider the integration of systems to ensure a seamless deployment. In addition to educational qualifications, applicants should have experience in IT project planning and be comfortable adhering to strict deadlines. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our great local brands, IT Leadership and business partners.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Generate or review documentation of project requirements
  • Determine the schedule, budget, and resource needs
  • Ensure the work scope is well-defined and documented
  • Consider all IT needs (software, hardware, etc.) and assist with capacity/demand planning to ensure a successful deployment
  • Work with external vendors as required to support the above duties
  • Manage one or more projects focused on our data infrastructure
  • Provide weekly reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • IT project planning and management experience
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior professional experience within a fast-moving IT environment a plus
  • Strong MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, & PowerBI experience a plus
  • Atlassian Jira experience a plus
  • PMP certification, or equivalent, a plus
