Receptionist general & Misc. Facilities duties:
  • Greeting employees and answering questions
  • Walk the floors
  • Keeping an eye on things you notice and communicating with Facility Manger on any concerns, or issues.
  • Receptionist must be able to lift a case of Water or a case of Paper.
  • Process through the Daily Cleanings of 3 coffee makers and restock if needed
  • Making coffee in the "Catering Coffee Pots"
  • Keep Kitchen stocked and tidy
  • Empty fridge weekly
  • Notify Facility Manager of items low on stock
  • Restock as needed
  • Loading running and unloading of dishwashers
  • Manage lost and found items, and coordinate to donate to a food pantry or homeless shelter.
  • Receiving Snack and Grocery Deliveries
  • Coke Machine Cleaning solvent several times a week
  • Fill the coke machine with flavors and sweeteners
  • Receptionist will communicate any vendor issues
  • Coordinator, Board Room Rentals in office and the management of Riverside Space, Health Club memberships
  • Assist meeting coordinators in receiving delivery of food
  • Receive office supply shipments restocking mail room or print areas
  • Mail and package support
  • Occasionally ship UPS shipments for employees as needed
  • Provide stamps when requested by employee
  • Conference room clean up and - set up
  • iOffice seating chart - Assist in correcting and placing at the end cap descriptors as seating chart changes occur.
  • Ensure Copiers have paper
  • Inform vendor when complaints of printers not working
  • Stock office supplies
  • Participate in AED Training, Fire Drills and are a "Floor warden"
  • Badge Provisioning
  • Guest Coordination & Registration
  • Vendor Office Access

Experience:

2-4 Years of Receptionist and office maangement background

Communicate clearly and concise written and verbal

Must be able to handle stressful situations
