Executes major upgrades, tunes performance, improves observability, and mentors others. Coordinates change communications and partners with vendors to ensure delivery aligns to SLAs, security standards, and architecture patterns.<br><br>Primary Purpose:<br>The Analyst III, Business Systems contributes to systems analysis by documenting requirements, supporting system design, and helping validate solutions.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Document system requirements and user stories.</li><li>Support creation of diagrams and specifications.</li><li>Participate in walkthroughs and testing support activities.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to understand system behavior.</li><li>May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.</li><li>3+ years in systems analysis or related tech focused analytical work.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.</li></ul><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Exposure to system modeling or testing practices.</li></ul>At Ahold Delhaize USA, we provide services to one of the largest portfolios of grocery companies in the nation, and we're actively seeking top talent.<br><br>Our team shares a common motivation to drive change, take ownership and enable our brands to better care for their customers.
