Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br><br><strong>Primary Purpose:</strong><br><br>An early career administrator who performs well defined operational tasks under guidance. Handles basic provisioning, monitoring, and ticket execution while building troubleshooting and change discipline skills.<br><br><strong>**Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includes Salisbury, NC. </strong><br><br><strong>**Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis</strong><br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Perform routine configuration tasks (e.g., port turns, basic ACL changes) under supervision.</li><li>Review alerts and tickets; triage issues and gather diagnostics for escalation.</li><li>Fulfill standard service requests (guest Wi Fi accounts, DHCP reservations, DNS entries) accurately.</li><li>Follow incident/change procedures and maintain precise ticket notes.</li><li>Update inventory/CMDB records and assist with device labeling and documentation.</li><li>Validate post change checks and perform basic connectivity tests.</li><li>Shadow on call rotations and participate in post incident reviews to learn patterns.</li><li>Practice basic scripting and command line techniques to streamline routine work.</li><li>Support shipment/RMA coordination and site turn up checklists.</li><li>Adhere to security and compliance guidelines at all times.</li><li>May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</li><li>Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience.</li><li>0-1 years of experience in IT infrastructure or storage support (internships or equivalent projects welcome).</li><li>Working knowledge of SAN/NAS fundamentals, fabrics, and storage provisioning.</li><li>Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, documentation practices, and issue resolution.</li><li>Attention to detail, strong follow through, and effective communication skills.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Homelab or capstone projects (small campus/WLAN deployments, SD WAN labs).</li><li>Entry certifications (CCNA, Network+, Aruba/Juniper Associate) or progress toward them.</li></ul><br>Salary Range NC: $63,440 - $95,160<br><br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
