Serve as a subject matter expert on non-union Benefits programs and related processes. Answer associate inquiries, including those directed from Associate Service Center and Brand Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP). Support audit and regulatory compliance activities.</span><br><br><strong> Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location includes Salisbury, NC, </strong><br><br><strong> Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. </strong><br><br><strong> Duties and Responsibilities: </strong><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Process HR and Benefit Transactions:</span><br><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Utilize internal and vendor systems to process complex transactions. Such transactions include but are not limited to benefit enrollment and termination, payroll deduction adjustments, claims submissions and vendor invoicing.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Analyze each transaction to ensure accuracy within business unit policy.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Provide oversight and support to the business unit as it relates to associate related transactions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Utilize HRIS systems and reports to review critical HR related information to ensure data integrity by researching and recommending updates to associate records according to business unit policy and ACA Regulations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Manage new vendors set up and process timely and accurate vendor payments as outlined in vendor contracts.</span></li></ul><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Respond to HR-Related Questions and Auditing:</span><br><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Actively respond to Benefit-related questions from the business units and HR Business Partners. Questions include benefit eligibility and enrollment, program offerings, insurance claims, disability claims, etc.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Research, compile and provide data in response to Federal, state, local and other appropriate stakeholders to support necessary requests. Such requests include Medicare eligibility, National Medical Support Notices (NMSN) and miscellaneous legal inquiries.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Serve as primary contact for HR Business Partners and the business units on contractual and policy related questions, as needed to ensure accuracy.</span></li></ul><br><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Project and Ancillary Support:</span><br><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Support implementation of various projects by performing systems user acceptance testing and partner with the HR Services management for updates and execution.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">Provide support to HR department on various tasks and projects.</span></li></ul><br><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">High School education or equivalent</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2e3028;\">2 years of HR or Payroll experience</span></li><li><span style=\"color: #2e3028;\">Associate's degree in HR-related area preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"color: #2e3028;\">Analytical Skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: #2e3028;\">Administration of Benefits</span></li></ul><br><strong> ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: </strong>$23.58 - $35.37<br><br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
