Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br><br><strong>Primary Purpose:</strong><br><br>Admin is responsible for investigation of newly reported Workers Compensation claims, including determining compensability/liability and whether it meets the criteria to be transferred to an Analyst. This position supports Analysts/Specialists/Managers.<br><br><strong>Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. This position can be based in one of our offices located in Quincy, MA, and Carlisle, PA. </strong><br><br><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. </strong><br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Conducts investigations on assigned Workers Compensation Med Only claims, determines coverage, creates action plans for resolution, evaluates financial exposure and sets appropriate reserves.</li><li>Effectively communicates with local management and outside professionals.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of information and records.</li><li>Develop a working knowledge of banner policies and procedures.</li><li>Supports adjusters by researching and gathering necessary documentation for claims.</li><li>Supports adjusters by updating claims files with correspondence and notes.</li><li>Supports projects assigned by Manager as needed.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Two years of experience in an insurance or self-insured environment.</li><li>Knowledge of medical, legal, insurance and claims terminology.</li></ul><br><br><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range:</strong> </span><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">$19.00 - $28.50</span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> </span><br><br><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range:</strong> </span><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">$21.85 - $32.77</span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> </span><br><br><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> </span><br><br><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\">Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
