Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br><br><strong> <span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Primary Purpose: </span> </strong><br><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">The Indirect Sourcing Analyst II position is a key contributor to ADUSA's strategic sourcing organization, driving cost optimization across a $5B portfolio of Not For Resale spends. This role executes sourcing initiatives while ensuring business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and total cost of ownership principles. As a sourcing expert and influential team member, Analyst II supports strategic planning and leads tactical execution-contributing to long-term sourcing maturity and business growth.</span><br><br><strong> Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location includes Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME, Carlisle, PA </strong><br><br><strong> Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. </strong><br><br><strong> Duties and Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Manage sourcing events with knowledge of strategic sourcing steps, tools, and templates; collaborate with senior team members when needed</li><li>Source and clean data to build accurate historical/baseline analysis using Spend Analytics Platform and internal systems</li><li>Develop award scenarios and analyze bid outcomes using total cost of ownership methodology</li><li>Apply negotiation tactics and determine event strategies to deliver favorable supplier outcomes</li><li>Lead 10+ full-sourcing projects annually in alignment with cost savings targets</li><li>Build stakeholder relationships with intermediate-level influence and trusted guidance</li><li>Benchmark performance and savings across local, domestic, and global sourcing initiatives</li><li>Help evolve the team's capabilities through best practices in analytics, supplier management, and sourcing technology</li></ul><br><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10%</li></ul><br><strong> Preferred Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Retail sourcing experience in indirect procurement</li><li>Familiarity with eSourcing tools and contract management platforms</li><li>Proven track record of stakeholder relationship development and cost optimization</li><li>Exposure to global sourcing and total cost management frameworks</li></ul><br><strong> ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: </strong> $63,440-$95,160 <br><br><strong> IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: </strong> $72,880 - $109,320 <br><br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
