Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br><br>The Analyst II - Vendor Support Services will support capabilities within the Commercial VMO while developing & maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. They will support the Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) vendor enablement strategy and collaborate with all functional areas of the ADUSA organization (retail brands and support organizations) to advance capabilities and enhance the end-to-end vendor experience. This role focuses on supporting key elements of the vendor lifecycle to streamline communication, collaboration, and transparency between ADUSA and its vendors.<br><br>***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA<br><br>Essential job functions: <br><ul><li>Supports the internal connectivity of ADUSA Brands and support organizations with the VMO, and the enablement of capabilities, tools, and future VMO support elements.</li><li>Supports the end-to-end vendor lifecycle via internal and external feedback loops supported by industry analysis and standards.</li><li>Supports the execution and daily operations of core vendor lifecycle components (vendor identity and access management, vendor portal, and vendor support).</li><li>Works closely with Vendor Management Organization (VMO) team members across Vendor Support and Relationship Management (VSRM) & Procure to Pay CoE (P2P) to drive capabilities and robust VMO support elements, executing standardized issue resolution methodology across all vendor relationships, and supports expert vendor lifecycle knowledge build within and across all VMO teams.</li><li>Partners with vendor community (Direct & Indirect suppliers) to manage test & learn capabilities to support VMO strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborates with Process, Standards and Training and ADUSA Communications to support robust change management and training programs for the vendor community in support of vendor lifecycle strategies and goals.</li><li>Supports communication & training between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.</li><li>Monitors vendor and internal stakeholder compliance with established policies.</li><li>Assists in conducting vendor audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas for improvement.</li><li>Gathers and analyzes data and prepares reports for senior analysts, management and relevant teams.</li><li>Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of VMO performance.</li><li> Analyzes data insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate action plans.</li><li>Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance of all VMO areas.</li><li> Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience</li><li>1-2 years previous experience in vendor management, internal controls, or similar role</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize vendor relationships.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills</li><li>Attention to detail, well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Contributes and provides input to the development of operational area, (e.g. work unit/project team) goals within the context of own job area.</li><li>Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines.</li><li>Requires travel - typically 10%</li></ul><br>#LI-Hybrid<br><br>#LI-BB1<br><br>At Ahold Delhaize USA, we provide services to one of the largest portfolios of grocery companies in the nation, and we're actively seeking top talent.<br><br>Our team shares a common motivation to drive change, take ownership and enable our brands to better care for their customers.
