This role ensures the organization has the right talent, capacity, and sourcing mix to support strategic priorities and deliver efficiently. The manager partners closely with Technology leaders, Group Technology, Finance, Strategic Planning, and Vendor Management to create an integrated workforce strategy and maintain strong financial and operational governance over labor resources. </span><br><br><strong> <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Ensure appropriate sourcing mix between full time staff, contractors, and consulting services aligned to enterprise strategy and budget. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to optimize cost, delivery quality, and contract compliance. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Lead multi year technology workforce planning in partnership with Technology, Finance, and HR. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Forecast workforce demand and supply across skills, teams, and platforms to ensure capability alignment with strategic plans. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Identify talent gaps, future skill needs, and resourcing risks; provide data driven recommendations to senior leadership. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Support organizational design changes and transformation efforts through workforce modeling and analytics. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Oversee resource allocation processes to ensure optimal utilization of both internal and external talent. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Lead workforce optimization initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce gaps, and improve cost efficiency. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Establish capacity planning models, reporting, and tools to support operational decision making. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Monitor utilization trends, skills inventories, and project demand to influence staffing strategies. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology Management, Finance, Operations, or related field. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">10+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, vendor/third party management, or technology operations. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Experience leading workforce planning or resource management in a large technology organization. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of technology delivery models (Agile, DevOps, product centric) and their workforce implications. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Demonstrated ability to interpret workforce and financial data to inform strategic decisions. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Aptos Narrow', sans-serif;\">Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
