ADUSA Procurement is part of the Ahold Delhaize USA family of brands, which also includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.<br><br><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage large initiatives and provide in depth analysis in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)</li><li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external)</li><li>Support managers in training and coaching Analyst III associates</li><li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable systems, processes, and procedures</li><li>Support development of department best-practices</li></ul><br><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.</strong><br><br><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong><br><br><strong>Principle Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage large vendor or internal initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)</li><li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external). Communicate effectively with POD /Category leadership as well as Inventory Planning Support Center.</li><li>Deliver in depth category and vendor analysis with process improvement recommendations to drive category improvement</li><li>Support managers in training and coaching Analyst III associates and assist in developing content/training for vendor open sharing forum</li><li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable processes and procedures</li><li>Support development of department best-practices and deliver business insights and change management</li><li>Lead cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to lead improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables</li><li>Help drive the implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands</li><li>Help drive reporting on vendor and program ROI, scorecarding, adherence to KPI's, and vendor accountability</li></ul><br><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience</li><li>Lean Six Sigma experience/familiarity preferred</li><li>4 years relevant experience</li><li>Specialized in a legacy company systems, processes, and procedures</li><li>Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories</li><li>Relevant skills at exemplary, high-performing level of competency</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Ability to manage and influence others in the organization, including executive levels</li><li>Proven track record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to influence change within ADUSA, the Brands and the Vendor community</li><li>Ability to analyze complex problems and data sets</li><li>Comfortable working in a virtual environment with reporting associates and/or leadership located in other campuses</li></ul>ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960 <br>IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $106,480- $159,720<br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
