Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.<br><br><strong>Primary Purpose</strong><br><br>We are looking for an Analyst Optimization Hub position. The Analyst Optimization Hub position is responsible for quickly and accurately responding to requests from our five Brand partners as it pertains to store pickup, Last Mile 3 rd party gig delivery, and Central Fulfillment routing.<br><br><strong>Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL.</strong> <br><br> <strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</strong> <br><br><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Remotely work a 4/10-hour weekly work schedule, including one weekend day at times between 5am to 12am.</li><li>Manage every order flowing through the Ortec Home Delivery software as well as the Nash portal (as our 3 rd party orchestrater) and overseeing each order to its appropriate applications, supporting 3 rd Party Last Mile delivery, own fleet home delivery and pickup. Tasks include building high quality route designs, observing relevant operational data, and updating store capacity as needed by our 5 Store Brands.</li><li>Being front and center to all pickup and delivery slotting request from all stores/Brands (currently over 1000 stores) that offer a set amount of time windows available per hour.</li><li>Manually rollout trucks or utilize/update the weekly shift template to optimize total truck capacity to utilize greatest percentage of available totes per the multiple styles of trucks available per Brand.</li><li>Quickly scan over optimized routes for any discrepancies in location or possible violations (length of route, late arrival, tote capacity, etc.) and quickly adjust accordingly.</li><li>Must be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously as we support five unique Brands and tens of thousands of orders daily. Special requests occur frequently and need to be effectively communicated within the team to ensure the request is properly fulfilled.</li><li>Issues arise at a moment's notice and coordinators need to be able to communicate their area of expertise to other parts of the business. Via internal communications such as Slack, Teams or email.</li><li>Responsible for address/data quality for every order flowing through the software and communicating anomalies to Customer Care for further customer interaction.</li><li>Perform ad hoc analytical tasks on historical data on topics such as utilization, OPR, miles driven, etc. as requested by Leadership.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>1-3 years Transportation Planning experience</li></ul><br> IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $30.54 - $45.81 <br><br>Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
