Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.</span></strong><br><br><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</span></strong><br><br><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Duties & Responsibilities: </span></strong><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Support program strategy and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Oversee planning, resource coordination, timelines, and cross team dependencies.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Track progress, escalate risks, and adjust plans to maintain program alignment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Monitor program level risks, issues, and change impacts.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Coordinate with vendor partners and track contract deliverables.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Create cost plans and forecasts using estimates and resource inputs from cross</span><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria Math', serif;\">-</span><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">functional teams.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Monitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Track and report program financials, highlighting risks such as invoicing issues or other concerns.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.</span></li></ul><br><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Qualifications: </span></strong><br><br><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\"> </span></strong><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">8+ years of experience in project or program management.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Experience managing interdependencies across teams.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Proficiency in financial management and reporting at both the program and project level.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Background delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments</span><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">.</span></li></ul><br><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></strong><br><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs</span></li></ul><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Salary Range: $136,160-$204,240</span><br><br> <span style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif;\">Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
